on your account free of charge if you wish to use it,
or you may use FTP for file transfer. Important: You must not use FTP when

How do I
register a new domain name or transfer my existing one to your servers?

You may use any registrar to register a new domain
name however we suggest using
our registration services, because of low cost ($15.00 a year) and ease of use.
If you already own a domain name, go to your registrar and simply change the
Name Servers to ours. This will transfer your domain to our servers.
Contact us first for your Name Servers.
How do we pay you?

We accept credit cards through
PayPal or mailed checks.
Due to low pricing and billing overhead costs, we accept annual or semi-annual
payments only.

How long does
it take to set-up my new hosting account?

Your hosting account will usually be set-up within
2 hours. This varies with the type of account. We will notify you via email
once set-up has been completed with full instructions about your new account.
Time is also needed after the re-pointing of existing or new domain name to the servers.
This is the
time it takes to propagate throughout the worlds pointing servers.
I need someone to
create my site, what does it cost?

so you may create your own web site however our site creation prices are very
low for our hosted clients.
The average "One Time" design cost is between $100 - $800 depending on size and
complexity required.
A simple 2-3 page site may cost $100. You may also create and/or maintain your
own site.
